    watches for interval training

I want to get a watch that I can easily program for interval training and stretching. For example: 1 minute on, two minutes off
    30 secs intervals for stretches
15 minute intervals to remind me to drink water on longer rides

    Any recommendations?

    A 2nd for timex.
The Nike triax also works really well.....when they work.I gave up on them because their waranty service is so bad.

Both have really big numbers and buttons so thaey are easy to see and operate on the run/ride.

fixed (fucked) gear is 'all about simpliciity', so your watch should be 'all about simplicity.

    The Sun Dial

To think you'll be able to read the time when ever the sun shines. PLUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!, you can stick it where the sun don't shine and find your VO2 max............................
