the red annoys me. otherwise that super record rear mech is just insane. i want to know if pricing will increase or not.

It's not the first time Campagnolo have put red on their components. Remember the limited edition 10spd Ergopower shifters they did in 2008 to Rival the market Force of SRAM Red? They came with lighter internals and different sorings. Unfortunately they only made a handful of sets, and they were distributed to pro riders only:

Geeze they're really pushing the limits of the materials here.

The Super Record 11 Titanium is pretty ridiculous. False saving having a titanium crank spindle I reckon- can of worms.

agreed if you want lighter cranks something like the zipp vumaquad crankset would make more sense

There are no silver bits left on the chorus gruppo. I don't like the all-black look but that's just me

Another funny one is the 'option' of running a dual-pivot rear brake on Super Record 11! Option!
Shimano has offered this for like, 20 years...
Also proves that Campagnolo know the rear braking performance is inadequate...

Single pivots provide more than adequate braking power for the rear, you can easily skid the wheel, so there's no need for the extra weight of a DP brake.

All it proves is that Campy recognise that some cyclists are vain and their brakes have to match or are sucked into marketing and believe they need a DP rear.
