    Actually it was pretty tough to find a nice frame 51 c-c, I was lucky to snap this one up! @ a very good price too

    Did you know only 1/3 of the ostrich's hide has raised quill follicles? So 2/3 of the hide is either wasted or used on inferior products, therefore making the 'full quill' pieces/products more expensive.

    They're also farmed for their meat and feathers, although they're sorta 'by-products' of that 1/3 of the hide.
