Pretty much finished a Rockhopper I splatter painted. Here's some crappy photos (winter light / iPhone). Need to adjust the mudguards and brakes, cut the cables, zip tie the brake cable and front basket on and tighten the threaded headset. Also needs some tweaking of the bar angle / grip angle. Rode it around on the back lawn with my son chasing our dog today. He loves being on the bike. It rides so much better with the Yepp than the last bike I was using.

Close ups of the DIY splatter. Thanks to Blakey for the painting tips.

Built this up today. Terrible photo, bad lighting. Frame is a nice dark blue metallic.

Makino frame, Phil to Open Pro wheels, Sugino 75s, Nitto bits. Plan is to fit a front brake via a head-tube expander mount but need to work the dremel on the mount first because the shape isn't right under the fork crown.

    ^is nice diddy

Transfered Spyers, SRAM levers and saddle and post onto the new commuter, bike was pretty much brand new so was able to save the bartape when switching bars. Shorter stem and wider tyres on route

Put a Pro Stealth 152mm wide saddle on - deffo feels wider. Real test will be 333km from Lübeck to Berlin on Sunday!

Started transferring the Force gear off the C5 to the Gazelle. Steel and carbon fibre, tasty (I hope).
