    Ebay listing looks.. maybe sus.
Would be worth inspecting before paying, but could be a pretty good deal for someone small!

Weird that they wouldn't at least UNWRAP the bubbewrap so you can see the damn frame.

yeah less than ideal, hence why I'd inspect before paying online. Also they mention aluminium and SLX01 in the same sentence....

The SLX01 (at least the Hincapie and the one I've got) are carbon and alloy. Alloy seat tube, chain stays and 2/3s of the downtube and the 'Carbon Arc' goes from the seat stays, top and head tubes.

That's a pretty sweet pic. I want one of these now.

Apparently, back in 2009 the guys at BMC made w-a-y too many SLX01s in Taiwan. They were running them out cheaply in 2010 ... when I got mine. Sweet ride, my Saturday serious kms bike. I don't know shit between vertical compliance or stiffness but both the carbon and alloy parts of the frame seem to do their intended jobs

Pretty bummed I missed this, I guess I'll just have to buy the fake Chinese version or the same price.

The seller originally had it on Bike Exchange for $1000, so naturally when I saw it on eBay at almost half that I was keen. Sorry Charlie.
